  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in pristine condition, unused, and in its original packaging, complete with all accessories.
  • The first exchange is on us—free of charge. However, for any subsequent exchanges, a small shipping fee will apply.
  • In the rare case that your item is out of stock, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same model in a different color, or for a comparable model of the same value.
