If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Processing & Shipping

Once you place your order, our team moves fast. Orders are usually packed and ready to go within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your package ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow every step of the delivery journey.

If you haven't received your order confirmation, most likely the wrong email address has been entered. Please contact us at info@fozoco.com and we will assist you in locating your order. Make sure to include your full name, shipping address, and email associated with your order.

We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your order gets to you safely. Actual delivery times vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and local carriers. Most packages arrive within a standard international timeframe.

Shipping Coverage (optional)

Customers who have the shipping protection on their purchase, are covered and have the option to claim a full refund of their purchase or a new order for free as long as the following events occur:

  • Orders that have been lost on the delivery route (tracking shows errors, no movement, the company does not know the location of the package, etc).

  • Orders delivered to wrong or incorrect addresses by the delivery company.

  • Orders that are stolen during delivery.

  • Orders that arrive broken, damaged, unusable or defective due to transit.

(Please note: if tracking confirms that your order was delivered to the address provided, these cases aren’t covered.)

Need to Update or Cancel?

If you made a mistake in your shipping details, just contact us at info@fozoco.com as quickly as possible. We’ll always do our best to help before your order ships. However, since we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee edits or cancellations once the package has been prepared.

Delivery Time Estimates 

Shipping durations may vary slightly depending on the destination country. On average, parcels arrive within a standard window of about 5 to 15 business days in most regions. 

  • Europe, USA, Canada & Mexico: 4-10 business days
  • Oceania (Australia & New Zealand): 5-10 business days
  • MENA & Chile: 6-12 business days
  • Other South American countries: 7-25 business days

These are average estimates and may vary slightly due to customs or local postal services. We do not offer express shipping at this time.
