SHIPPING POLICY
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders. We currently ship to Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, and the UK.
1- Posting Deadline
After your purchase is confirmed by the website and approved by the responsible financial institution, your order will be posted within a period of up to 7 business days.
Once your order is sent to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking code, allowing you to monitor your delivery. Tracking your order can be done through our tracking system.
2- Delivery Deadline
The delivery time for your order may vary depending on your location.
Our Shipping times are as follows:
- Europe - 6-15 Days
- North America - 5-10 Days
- Central America - 7-25 Days
- South America - 7-25 Days
Delivery will be exclusively handled by your local postal service.
This deadline may be extended in case of fortuitous events or force majeure, affecting deliveries (e.g., strikes, local holidays, carnival, pandemic, etc.). The release of the order for shipping and posting will only begin counting from the payment confirmation. You will be informed by the email registered in your order at each stage of your order.
3- Delivery Conditions
Our deliveries are made within the business hours of your local postal service and the carrier in each location, except on local and national holidays. It is not possible to schedule a date and time for delivery, as the Postal Service's Business Policy must be taken into account.
Authorized individuals to receive the goods include: doormen, receptionists, secretaries, family members, provided they sign the delivery protocol and present identification, following the Postal Service's policy.
Once your order is made, you will receive the tracking code by email and you will be able to track the order through our tracking system. We will inform you about the status of the shipment by email.
- The delivery dates provided are calculated using an estimation based on the shipment date, and taking the transit time into account.
- Having an incorrect shipping address, inclement weather, customs procedures, and diverse circumstances that escape our control may affect the delivery time.
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!
